Aroya App
We strongly recommend that you download and install the AROYA App before departure — it will be your digital assistant throughout the cruise, offering useful features such as online check-in, daily schedules, shore excursion bookings, table reservations at specialty restaurants, and much more. Detailed information will be provided before boarding the ship. The 7-day internet package costs $129.
Code of Conduct
All passengers must ensure that their clothing and accessories are respectful to other passengers and comply with the local culture and applicable laws. Attire worn during the voyage should be modest and must not contain any messages or images involving nudity, profanity, or sexual innuendo/suggestions. Additionally, clothing and accessories must not convey negative ethnic or racist comments or promote hatred or violence in any form.
Sun Deck and Pools
Although the Zen Pool (Deck 18) is reserved for adults only (with women-only hours every day from 9 AM to 1 PM), families and children are welcome at the Main Pool on Deck 16. Around the Main Pool, on Decks 16 and 17, you will find sun loungers and seating areas, and towels will be provided. Your children will love the Kids Splash Zone next to the Main Pool (Deck 16). Our staff will supervise the pools and water slides, but there is no lifeguard on duty. Please be sure to bring your slippers or flip-flops.
Women-Only Pool
Although the Zen Pool (Deck 18) is reserved for adults only (with women-only hours every day from 9 AM to 1 PM), families and children are welcome at the Main Pool on Deck 16. Around the Main Pool, on Decks 16 and 17, you will find sun loungers and seating areas, and towels will be provided. Your children will love the Kids Splash Zone next to the Main Pool (Deck 16). Our staff will supervise the pools and water slides, but there is no lifeguard on duty. Please make sure to bring your slippers or flip-flops.
Prayer Room
Guests who wish to pray during the journey can use the male and female prayer rooms located on Deck 5. Prayer rugs are also provided in all cabins. Since the ship faces different directions depending on the route, we recommend using a Qibla app on your mobile phone.
Ship Activities
On our ship, you will find plenty of entertainment for guests of all ages, ranging from outdoor facilities like water slides, climbing walls, rope courses, and mini golf to indoor recreational activities such as evening shows, arcades, VR games, and escape rooms. Most activities are already included in the cruise fare, so you only need to choose and participate in what you want. Additional fees may apply depending on the activity.
Adults-Only Areas
To meet your need for peace and quiet, we have designated several adults-only areas. Guests aged 18 and over can enjoy the Sky Pool (Deck 18), Al Matal on Deck 19, The Legends Sports Lounge (Deck 8), and the Beats nightclub (evenings on Deck 17). Occasionally, other areas on the ship may also be reserved for adults only; please refer to the daily schedule and digital signage for updates.p
Shops
With over 1,400 m² of space on Decks 6 and 7, we offer you a comprehensive onboard shopping experience. Additionally, a 150 m² retail area has been established in the Khuzama section on Deck 16, reserved exclusively for our suite guests. The bazaar and market offer a wide range of products.
Water in Cabins
In the cabins, we provide our guests with free fresh drinking water daily, starting from four bottles per cabin per day for standard cabins, six bottles for suites, and unlimited water for villas. At our complimentary venues (Al Waha Main Dining, Amwaj Buffet, and Dallah Café), we offer a variety of beverages, including drinking water, available from our self-service stations.
Mini Bar
We offer various minibar packages (non-alcoholic drinks, fruit juices, and snacks) that can be purchased online at any time before or during boarding the plane.
Bars and Lounges
Onboard, whether you’re looking for a sweet treat, a specialty coffee, unique drinks, or want to enjoy a hookah or cigar — you can be sure you’ll find exactly what you’re looking for.

Dry Cleaning Service
We offer laundry and dry cleaning services onboard, with more information and price lists available in the cabins. Khuzama guests benefit from packages included in the cruise fare. Suites receive a complimentary laundry package per suite. Villas receive a complimentary laundry package per person. Guests of the Royal Villa enjoy unlimited free laundry service.

Spa
Choose from a wide range of treatments and services at our Blossom Beauty Salon (Deck 7), Blossom Spa, Blossom Beauty Clinic, and Barber (all on Deck 15). With Blossom Private Spa, you can reserve your personal luxury private Thermal Suite (Deck 18), a secluded retreat designed for families to enjoy a deep relaxation experience. Onboard reservations can be made at the Blossom SPA reception (Deck 15).
Private Butler
All guests in our suites and villas will benefit from our private butler service. Villa guests have access to 24-hour private butler service, while all other suite guests can enjoy private butler service during working hours.
Allergies and Diets
We are happy to offer gluten-free, vegetarian, sugar-free, and dairy-free options in our restaurants. Special dietary requests can be made during reservations at no extra charge. Please inform the service staff when placing your order.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in cabins, on cabin balconies, or anywhere on the ship (including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, mods, pipes, or any type of electronic smoking device), unless specifically designated smoking areas are indicated by signs. Please do not throw cigarette butts or anything else into the sea. A fine of $250 will be imposed for violations. Infractions are subject to severe penalties and may result in disembarkation.
We are pleased to offer shisha in select venues such as The Legends Sports Lounge (Deck 8), Beats Bar (Deck 17), Zen Pool Bar (Deck 18), and Al Matal Lounge (Deck 19). Cigar enthusiasts gather at the Havana Lounge on Deck 8.
Baggage
Passengers are advised to limit their check-in baggage to two suitcases and two pieces of carry-on luggage per person. The maximum total amount of baggage per cabin should not exceed eight pieces for all passengers in the cabin. Excess baggage will not be accepted at check-in.
Baggage must be clearly labeled with your name, cabin number, boarding date, and contact number. Unlabeled check-in baggage will be tagged at the port terminal and delivered to your cabin by the crew. Likewise, suitcases will be collected on the last night of your trip and must be picked up at the port terminal.
Please be sure to carry any necessary medications, valuables, toiletries, important documents, and other essential items in your carry-on luggage. For security reasons, AROYA Cruises reserves the right to inspect baggage if necessary.
Dedicated Areas for Teens
Fun is guaranteed — in addition to the Arcade Area (Deck 16, games at an extra charge), guests aged 13-18 will find their own indoor and outdoor spaces at Teens Escape (Deck 17), where specially trained staff supervise a variety of fun games and activities such as video games, billiards, air hockey, soccer, table tennis, and much more — all offered free of charge.
Play Area
Fitness Center
Our fitness center is free of charge and located on Deck 15, equipped with the latest exercise machines. Please refer to the daily schedule for opening hours. We also offer various classes and activities for an additional fee.
Table Games
In our game room, Al Diwaniyah (Deck 7), we offer a variety of table and card games. Table games are also available at Saudi Roastery / Bon (Deck 6). Reservations can be made through your AROYA App.
Climbing Wall
The rock climbing wall (Deck 18) is suitable for children (over 140 cm), beginners, and experienced climbers. You will be instructed and supervised by the crew; no reservation is required.
Payment
For onboard payments, please make sure to save your credit card information (Mastercard, Visa, or Debit Card with Mastercard logo) in the AROYA App before departure. All purchases made onboard will be automatically charged to your cabin account, and all transactions will be processed via contactless payment using the cabin card you receive during boarding. All charges require your digital signature.
On the day of embarkation, your onboard charges will be billed to your registered credit card, and the invoice will be sent to your email. We do not accept cash payments. You can view your charges and account details on your cabin TV, or alternatively, please contact Guest Services.
All onboard transactions are recorded in USD and your final bill will be settled in USD; however, most pricing information will also be available in SAR.
